Greg Sellar

Greg has spent the last 20 years helping individuals and companies develop their skills and broaden their thinking. His work in the fitness industry has seen him speak and present training workshops in over 50 countries worldwide. Specialising in wellbeing and mindful performance, Greg delivers measurable results in productivity, engagement, and competitive advantage. He has a deep passion for positive psychology and the role both physical and mental fitness play in making decisions, as well as an obsession to understand what makes people tick. Greg has worked with some of the biggest names and brands in global fitness. He is a contracted athlete with Nike, working as a consultant and master trainer for Nike Training Club (NTC). He has also contributed to programming and development for fitness brands including Total Gym and fitness fx and is currently contracted as the fitness writer for the Michelle Bridges brand.  With a degree in sports science (B.Sp.Sc.) from the University of New South Wales and a diploma in coaching, mentoring and leadership certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), Greg challenges clients on "the three Ms" – mindset, motivation and momentum. His unique approach empowers people to move from below the line to above it, reframing mindsets to move beyond leadership to achieve "legendship".
