Liz has been involved in the food industry for over 30 years and is passionate about healthy eating and wholesome cooking. Her trick is to make things that are both nutritious and yummy. She advocates that healthy eating is the way forward and her passion is to make it hard to choose between something that tastes as good as the unhealthy option. Among the many places she’s worked, she’s been fortunate to have been involved with Food for Thought, The Orange Tree and The Laboratory Spa & Health Clubs in London, where healthy, nutritious food has been the order of the day. She enjoys experimenting with different dishes, drinks and desserts and enjoys yoga and listening to Leonard Cohen. She is also a dab hand at hula-hooping, and is kept very busy with her grandchildren!
